  • What if the product I purchased does not fit me?
    If the product does not fit you, write to us on or call us at +919820732852. We will assist you with the product of your size free of charge (one free re-sizing within 15 days of delivery). The only charge you will pay is the delivery charge to & fro. All you have to pay is shipping In order to avoid this please review the size page precisely and then place the order.
  • Why is there a difference in the price than what I saw earlier for a design?
    Our prices are updated if there is a noticeable change in the prevalent gold rates or other precious materials used in the design. This would be the only reason for the price change. The prices may go down as well.
  • What if there is a problem with the product i purchased?
    Incase our product is damaged in transit, or there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair it for free and pay for the shipping too. We want you to truly enjoy the purchase and not leave it unused in the box!

    Evakala is committed to ensure customer satisfaction by providing BIS Hallmarked Gold. The Gold in our jewellery has been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards, the national standards organisation of India. The certificate provided by this organisational body confirms that a particular piece of gold jewellery adheres to the standards set by BIS.
  • What is the authenticity of the products used in your jewellery?
    The gemstones & the diamonds used in our Jewellery are ethically sourced from around the world. Evakala is committed to providing customer satisfaction with BIS hallmarked Jewellery & certified diamonds.
  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    If the product is in stock the delivery will be made within a week & if the products are not in stock or the orders are customised, the delivery will be made in 10 days. Delivery dates may differ as certain pincodes may differ.
  • Can I track the order that I have placed?
    Yes, you will receive an e-mail regarding your tracking order id within 24hrs of the purchase.
  • Will the shipping price be added to my purchase?
    Evakala provides complementary luxury logistic services if you are in any part of India. However, if there is a failure to deliver the product by our courier agency after two attempts, the third time will be charged in the invoice.

    Shipping of our courier will be done through a third party courier and is insured. We provide exclusive luxury tamper proof packaging in our company labelled box. We assure you about the safety of the elegant jewellery you order.

  • Will I have to pay for delivery incase i decide to return/exchange a product?
    Yes, if incase you are not happy with the purchase & decide to return or exchange the product, Evakala will arrange for the product pick up and delivery but it will be charged to you.
  • How do I clean my Diamond Jewellery?
    To clean diamond jewellery, make a solution of warm water and soap. Rinse delicately with a soft and clean toothbrush. For best results let the ring soak in the cleaning solution for 15 minutes.
  • How do i clean my Gemstone Jewellery?
    It is important to clean your gemstones with a solution of soap & room temperature water. Do not use harsh soaps to clean ur jewellery. Gemstones, if exposed to harsh heat or sudden temperature change, may result in fading over time.
  • How do I care for my Pearls?
    Real Pearls are very delicate. The narce on the outside of some Pearls is delicate & soft, hence should not be stored with metal jewellery that can rub & leave a mark/scratches on them. Pearl Jewellery should always be stored in a separate box/ pouch with a soft lining.
  • What are the things I should keep in mind to ensure maximum care of my Jewellery?
    Although each piece has been crafted by our skilled craftsmen to ensure the best quality possible. Jewellery should be handled with care as many settings may break or get displaced if dealt with recklessly. Avoid wearing jewellery during physical exercise, cooking, while having a bath and any other activity that may cause scratches or breakage. Avoid getting any strong perfumes/makeup or strong oils on the Jewellery as this may cause discolouration in gemstones. Ideally, Jewellery should be worn at the end. If there are any concerns, you can contact us and we will gladly help you rectify the product.
  • What if I damage the jewellery?
    If in case you damage the Jewellery, we will surely repair it at a very reasonable rate.
