Policies at EVAKALA

Our brand is committed to providing customer satisfaction with BIS hall marked and lab certified gemstones and diamonds. Our skilled and talented craftsman strive to ensure perfection in every piece keeping up with the latest trends.

Complimentary Shipping

Evakala provides complementary luxury logistic services if you are in any part of India.

Shipping of our courier will be done through a third party courier and is insured. We provide exclusive luxury tamper proof packaging in our company labelled box. 

Delivery dates may differ for different products and we ensure the most detailed artistry. However delivery time to certain Pincodes may differ. Maximum Delivery time for all products is 7 days and Minimum Delivery time is 2-3 Days depending on the Pincode. Minimum Dispatch time is 1-2 days. If the product is in stock the delivery will be made within a week & if the products are not in stock or the orders are customised, the delivery will be made in 7 days. Any purchase will be shipped as soon as full payment is done.

For any reason, if the courier is unable to process the delivery to you even after two attempts, the next shipping will be charged to your order. However if the product is to be exchanged or returned for any valid reason the shipping will be arranged by Evakala but the shipping charge will be added to your invoice.

 

If there is a sizing issue Evakala will make your product in your size, write us a mail on contact@evakala.com within 48hrs and our team will arrange for the product pickup, however the shipping charge will be added to your invoice. Please review our sizing page & provide us with the correct size.

Exchange & Return Policy

Evakala provides a lifetime exchange policy to all our customers.

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer an exclusive policy where you can exchange your product with any article on the website/store.

If the value of the newly selected article is more, the difference will have to be settled by you.

If the value of the newly selected article is less than your initial purchase, we offer store credit for the excess amount.

Please be aware that our diamond set jewellery & plain gold jewellery will be exchanged at 80% of the prevailing market value & Jewellery products made out of gemstones will be exchanged at 70% of the present prevailing market value. 

The prevailing market value will be determined by the company itself.

 

If the product is customised, the price of the article will be determined by Evakala according to the present market rates on a case to case basis. 

However Evakala will only exchange the initial purchased article if

a). The article is returned to us undamaged and in original condition.

b). The article is returned with the invoice.

c). The article is returned to us along with the certificate(s) of that item(s).

 

Evakala will determine whether any product is eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase at Evakala, we will accept the product back and organize for a partial refund.

Please be aware that the company will deduct 15% on the invoice value. The company will organize a refund, i.e 85% of the total invoice value.

In order to be eligible to return our product, you will need to write to us at contact@evakala.com within 48hrs of receiving the article.

 

However Evakala will only accept returns if,

a). The article is returned to us undamaged / unworn and in original condition.

b). The article is returned with the invoice.

c). The article is returned to us with the original packaging. (This includes all the contents of the box including the certificate (s) of that item).

 

No refunds will be given if

a). Package is refused by the recipient.

b). If a wrong address or outdated delivery address is provided.

c). If the product (s) is sent to us in a damaged condition.

 

Evakala will determine whether any product is eligible for return/ refund. Please note that personalised items with engraving, embossing and other services may not be returned or exchanged. 

In case Evakala delivers a wrong article to you, write to us within 48hrs of receiving the product. The company will arrange for the correct order to be delivered. 

Damages

All products are hand checked and packed with utmost care. However if you receive a damaged article write to us at contact@evakala.com with high quality images highlighting the issue within 48 hrs of receiving the purchase. Our team will assist you further.

BIS Hallmarked and Certified Diamonds

Jewellery becomes an extension of one's persona. For more than 4 decades the precious products used in our jewellery have been responsibly sourced. Evakala is committed to ensure customer satisfaction by providing BIS Hallmarked Jewellery and Certified Diamonds. The Gold in our jewellery has been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards, the national standards organisation of India. The certificate provided by this organisational body confirms that a particular piece of gold jewellery adheres to the standards set by BIS. 

The quality of a diamond has to be certified. A lot of things are considered when a diamond is analysed. These include its natural rarity, inclusions, finished quality, etc. Once a diamond is analysed, you can know for sure if it is a natural stone or not. Our treasured pieces come with exceptional diamonds and gemstones along with the detailed certificate issued by labs certifying our diamonds.

Evakala makes complete effort to provide exact images of the product on the website. Photographs displayed are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations of the product on the website and the actual product seen with the naked eye may differ due to

 

  1. The making of Evakala jewellery using various techniques and methods by the skilled artisans may not be exactly replicated to showcase the Jewellery shown as an image or video on the website. There may be slight variations in the dimensions & size depending on factors beyond our control.

  2. We cannot guarantee that a monitor screen or mobile device will accurately display the true colours of the product. Hence, we are not liable for any inaccuracy in the graphically represented images of our products on our website.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the order before it has been dispatched, the order placed will be cancelled & you will be provided with a full refund. If the product has been dispatched, our return or exchange policy will be relevant. 

However if the product is customized, a no cancellation policy will be applicable.

PAYMENT

 

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
